500ml 7.9% Widely adored bittersharp apple bursting with fruity character. The 2023 vintage at Broome Farm was full of lemony tones and time in oak has truly softened this cider, adding depth and complexity to the drink. The maturing process has allowed this cider to develop a balanced flavour, with the wispy smoke accentuating the gentle citrus character and giving it a silky texture. A very more-ish cider..
