440ml Can 8.4% NM have delved back into the archives for the recipes of birthday beers gone by, and brought them back up to date. At this point, it wouldn’t be a Monk DIPA without a hefty addition of Citra and Mosaic. But to guarantee saturation at every stage, we’ve also used the Hyperboost® variants from our friends at Yakima Chief.
