440ml Can 5.6% Another month exploring the hops of New Zealand, and this latest release from the Old Flax Store crew sees Charlie selecting Motueka and doing what he can to amp things up, with a fully developed hopping program. Pairing the Kettle charge of Motueka with some Floe Citrulicious for a hefty aroma boost. After good success with January’s brew, we are again using a first day dry hop, this time with Mega Motueka. This helps us make the most of the kettle charge and as you’d guess Mega Motueka is a levelled-up version of the normal variety. We’re also using a touch of Waimea and more Mega Motueka at the end of fermentation to really round things off with notes of Orange Zest and Pine. ..
